Job Description

We are looking for motivated employees for the position of Production Machine Operator at Johns Manville, located in 14167 Berlin, Germany.

The job involves operating production machinery and participating in the manufacturing process of polyester filters used in vehicles and industrial machinery.

The work takes place in a production environment with elevated temperatures (above 30°C).

We offer:
✅ Gross hourly wage depending on length of employment:
- 0–3 months: €17.57/hour
- 3–5 months: €18.32/hour
- 5–14 months: €19.37/hour
- From the 15th month: €21.37/hour (25% night shift bonus)

✅ German employment contract for a minimum of 9 months
✅ Guaranteed 151.67 working hours per month according to the contract
✅ Working time account (AZK) with a maximum limit of 35 hours
✅ Salary paid by the 20th day of each month
✅ Three-shift working system (continuous operation)
✅ Annual work schedule planned in advance
✅ Opportunity to work up to 170 hours per month
✅ Paid holidays, health insurance and social security
✅ Accommodation available within a maximum distance of 15 km from the workplace:
Single room: €370 per month
Shared double room: €310 per month per person
+ Additional €7 broadcasting fee

Working hours:
Work is organised in a three-shift system:
🌅 Morning shift: 06:00–14:00 (30-minute break)
🌇 Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00 (30-minute break)
🌙 Night shift: 22:00–06:00 (30-minute break)

A special shift system applies on Sundays, with every second Sunday off:
Day shift: 06:00–18:00 (45-minute break)
Night shift: 18:00–06:00 (45-minute break)

The factory operates continuously, and the work schedule depends on production requirements.

For example, employees may work approximately 56 hours in one week and around 30 hours in the following week.
