Job Description

We are looking for employees for the position of Production Worker at a company specializing in the production of fresh fruit salads in 14979 Großbeeren.

The job involves preparing, cutting, mixing and packaging fresh fruit and fruit salads.

The work takes place in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 4°C.

We are looking for reliable, motivated and detail-oriented employees, preferably with previous experience in food production.
We Offer
✅ Hourly wage: €15.33 gross/hour

✅ Night shift bonus: +25%

✅ Sunday work bonus: +50%

✅ German employment contract for a minimum of 9 months

✅ Guaranteed 151.67 working hours per month according to the contract

✅ Working time account (AZK) with a limit of 35 hours

✅ Salary payment by the 20th of each month

Working Hours
Work is organized according to the following schedule:

🌞 Day shift:
- Monday–Thursday: 06:00–14:30
🌙 Night shift:
- Saturday: 22:00–06:00 (finishing on Sunday)
