Job Description
We are looking for motivated and reliable employees to join our team in a logistics warehouse in Germany.
We offer various positions involving goods handling, internal transportation, stock control and warehouse operations.
Specific responsibilities depend on the assigned position.
What We Offer
Hourly wage: €15.40 gross
German employment contract for a minimum of 9 months
Guaranteed 151.67 working hours per month
Working time account (AZK) with a maximum balance of 35 hours
Salary paid by the 20th of each month
Paid annual leave, health insurance and social security coverage
Accommodation available within a maximum distance of 15 km from the workplace:
Double room: €310 per month per person
Additional €7 broadcasting fee

Key Responsibilities
Transporting goods within the warehouse using an electric powered pallet truck (Schnellläufer)
Delivering products to designated warehouse areas
2. Warehouse Operative – Automated Conveyor System
Operating and monitoring automated warehouse conveyor systems
Ensuring the smooth movement of goods throughout the warehouse
3. REINIGUNG – Warehouse Cleaner
Performing general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse
Maintaining cleanliness and order in designated work areas
4. KONTROLLE – Goods Receiving and Inspection
Receiving incoming warehouse deliveries
Checking the quantities of goods on delivered pallets
Verifying deliveries against shipping documents
5. VERDICHTER – Pallet Consolidation
Transferring goods between pallets or roll containers
Combining partially filled loads to reduce the number of pallets and roll containers
Optimising the use of available transport space
6. VERLADER – Loading Operative
Loading goods into containers and transport vehicles
Operating an electric low-lift pallet truck, BT LPE 250 (Ameise)
Preparing goods for transportation
Requirements
Motivation and willingness to work
Reliability and a responsible attitude
Willingness to perform assigned duties
German or English language skills – required for selected positions
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
