Job Description
We are looking for motivated and reliable employees to work at the VOLKSWAGEN industrial warehouse in 14974 Ludwigsfelde.
The job involves picking, sorting, packing and storing automotive parts and vehicle accessories.
We offer employment opportunities in two positions:
✅ Warehouse Worker / Order Picker
Picking and preparing orders using a handheld scanner and warehouse trolley, packing, sorting and storing automotive parts.
✅ Reach Truck / High-Rack Forklift Operator
Operating a side-facing high-reach forklift, transporting goods within the warehouse, loading and unloading products and preparing orders.
We Offer
✅ Increasing hourly wages based on length of employment:
Warehouse Worker / Order Picker:
Months 0–3: €15.34 gross/hour
Months 4–9: €16.86 gross/hour
From month 10: €18.73 gross/hour
Reach Truck / High-Rack Forklift Operator:
Months 0–3: €16.50 gross/hour
Months 4–9: €17.75 gross/hour
From month 10: €19.72 gross/hour
✅ German employment contract for a minimum of 9 months
✅ Guaranteed 151.67 working hours per month according to the contract
✅ Working time account (AZK) with a limit of 35 hours
✅ Salary payment by the 20th of each month
✅ Paid annual leave and health and social insurance
✅ Accommodation available:
Cost: €310 per person per month
Additional broadcasting fee: €7
Accommodation located within 15 km of the workplace
Working Hours
🕘 Two-shift system
Monday to Friday
Morning and afternoon shifts
Optional Saturday work for interested employees
Key Responsibilities
👉 Picking orders containing automotive parts and accessories
👉 Using a handheld scanner and warehouse trolley
👉 Sorting and packing goods
👉 Storing and arranging products in the warehouse
👉 Performing general warehouse duties
👉 Keeping the workplace clean and organized
Reach Truck / High-Rack Forklift Operator:
👉 Operating a side-facing high-reach forklift
👉 Transporting and storing goods within the warehouse
👉 Loading and unloading automotive parts
👉 Picking orders using a handheld scanner and warehouse trolley
👉 Sorting and packing products
👉 Following forklift safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
✔️ German language skills at minimum B1 level – required
✔️ Own car for commuting to work – required
✔️ Willingness to work in a two-shift system
✔️ Reliability, responsibility and motivation
Additional requirements for Warehouse Workers:
✔️ Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is an advantage
Additional requirements for Forklift Operators:
✔️ Valid forklift licence for high-rack forklifts – required
✔️ Previous experience in a similar position – required
