Job Description
We are looking for motivated Order Pickers (Pick by Voice) to join the Lidl food warehouse in 14979 Großbeeren, near Berlin, Germany.
The job involves picking and preparing orders using a voice-directed picking system (Pick by Voice) and an electric pallet truck (Ameise).
Work takes place in the following warehouse areas:
✔️Fresh products department: 3–6°C
✔️Dry goods department: 16–20°C
We offer:
✅Hourly wage: €16.08 gross
✅German employment contract for a minimum of 9 months
✅Contracted working hours: 151.67 hours per month
✅Working time account (AZK) with a limit of 35 hours
✅Salary paid by the 20th of each month
✅One- or two-shift system, starting at 6:00 AM or 10:00 AM
✅Average of 8 working hours per day
✅Paid annual leave, health insurance and social security
✅Accommodation available within 15 km of the workplace: €310 per month per person in a shared double room, plus a €7 broadcasting fee
