Job Description

We are looking for motivated and reliable employees for the position of Order Picker at the PENNY food warehouse in 06188 Landsberg/Queis.

The job involves picking and preparing food orders using a touchscreen display and an electric pallet truck (Ameise).

We offer employment opportunities in three different warehouse departments:

✅ Trocken – Dry Goods Department (16–20°C)

Picking and preparing food orders at room temperature.

✅ Frische – Chilled Goods Department (3–6°C)

Picking and preparing orders containing refrigerated food products.

✅ Obst/Gemüse – Fruit and Vegetable Department

Picking and preparing orders containing fresh fruit and vegetables.
We Offer

✅ Hourly wage: €16.10 gross/hour + performance bonus

✅ German employment contract for a minimum of 9 months

✅ Guaranteed 151.67 working hours per month according to the contract

✅ Working time account (AZK) with a limit of 35 hours

✅ Salary payment by the 20th of each month

✅ Stable employment in a food warehouse

✅ Accommodation available within a maximum distance of 15 km from the workplace:

Shared room for two people: €310 per person per month

Additional broadcasting fee: €7

Working Hours

Working hours depend on the assigned warehouse department.

🌞 Trocken – Dry Goods Department

Single-shift system:

Starting time: 05:00 or 06:00

Finishing time: approximately 14:00

Occasional Saturday work may be required

❄️ Frische – Chilled Goods Department

Working hours:

12:00–21:00

16:00–01:00

Working hours may vary by approximately one hour.

🍎 Obst/Gemüse – Fruit and Vegetable Department

Two-shift system:

12:00–21:00

16:00–01:00

5 working days per week, according to a schedule covering Sunday to Friday.
