The pracuj-de.pl platform is operated by ESS European Staffing Service GmbH, Dorfaue 9, 14979 Großbeeren, e-mail: s.bieniek@ess-staffing-service.de ("Operator"). It is used to publish job offers in Germany and to receive applications. Use of the platform is free of charge for applicants.
Job ads are for information purposes and do not constitute a legally binding offer. Employment terms (pay, working hours, accommodation) are agreed individually and confirmed in the contract. The Operator strives to keep information up to date but does not guarantee that a position remains available until a contract is signed.
Applicants can apply without an account by completing the form and attaching a CV. Applicants undertake to provide true and up-to-date information and to submit only documents they are entitled to share. Submitting an application does not create a contract or a right to employment.
Recruiters may send applicants a one-time link to complete the data required for employment. The link is personal and must not be shared. It expires once the form is submitted or after 7 days.
User accounts are created by the Operator. Account holders are responsible for keeping their password confidential.
It is prohibited to submit unlawful or offensive content or content infringing third-party rights, to interfere with the operation of the platform, or to use it for unsolicited advertising.
The Operator's recruiters may share referral links. An application submitted after visiting via such a link is assigned to the referring recruiter. This does not affect the applicant's recruitment conditions.
The Operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and in other cases where liability is mandatory by law. The Operator is not liable for technical interruptions beyond its control or for the content of linked external websites.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and in the privacy notice for applicants and employees.
Comments and complaints about the platform can be sent to s.bieniek@ess-staffing-service.de. We reply within 14 days.
The Operator may amend these terms for valid reasons (e.g. changes in law or platform features); changes apply from publication. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the German version prevails.
